The balanced pendulum chassis, divided into two parts (mechanical compensation), can even work on slightly uneven floors while keeping the wheels in contact with the ground to improve the stability of the machine.
The lifting masts are made from extruded manganese steel profiles to ensure high rigidity, high residual lifting capacity, even with extended and high centres of gravity, and a high safety margin.
The large polyurethane wheels are suitable for working inside warehouses with industrial flooring or outside on asphalt surfaces. The hydraulic brakes ensure a rapid response to the stop command.
The wide fork support plate and hydraulic positioner can stabilise the load, allowing transportation of long materials.
The 4-way drive allows the operator to manoeuvre the sideloader both sideways, to take all of the bends, and forwards. The operator can manoeuvre the sideloader in complete safety by selecting the most suitable and safe drive for the load to be transported and the working environment.
The sideloader can rapidly change from forward to sideways drive, or can pivot through 360° around the centre of the rear axle, both clockwise and anticlockwise.
The operator sits comfortably in the cab and has full control over all of the sideloader functions simply by operating a few levers and the steering wheel.
The side driving cab is ergonomic with a fully adjustable sprung seat covered in robust hypoallergenic material. The 45° entry makes access to the cab easy and safe, even with the sideloader in the aisle.
Clear visibility in all directions and a robust protective roof ensure operator safety.
The wide colour liquid crystal display is tilted towards the operator and has clearly visible function keys.
The three-phase AC motors and Open Can-Bus electronics optimise performance, reduce battery consumption and cut maintenance costs. A logical and rational component layout inside the compartments facilitates access for rapid maintenance, reducing work times, machine downtime and the resulting costs.
